Exchanges & Returns

Products purchased from Ramsha Mahmood Official may be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery, provided they remain unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Exchanges will be accepted under the following circumstances:

• The wrong size, colour, or SKU was received.
• The item has a manufacturing fault or defect.

To request an exchange, please email our customer support team at ramsha_mahmood@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, our team will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note that all shipping and handling charges associated with the exchange process are the responsibility of the customer.

While we strive to accurately represent product colours in our photographs, slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and fabric dye differences.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. 

Order Refusal Policy

In the event that a customer declines to receive an order after it has been dispatched, future orders may be accepted on a prepaid basis only. This measure is necessary to offset the shipping and handling costs associated with refused deliveries.
